Grateful Dead live performance at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco on 11/19/1966. Introduction by concert promoter Bill Graham. This recording has been shared among tape traders for years, and it's listed as a KSAN broadcast. This puzzled me, as KSAN didn't begin broadcasting rock music until 1968. I did some digging and found the answer. In 1972, "Bill (Graham) spent almost all of 72 hours at KSAN" playing tapes of live shows from his concert venues, going back to 1966
